Welcome to The Bahamas!
Andros South Lodge is located on South Andros Island, Bahamas. We primarily fish for bonefish but on occasion we have shots at permit and tarpon. Our guests stay with us at the lodge each night and go fishing each day with two anglers per guide fishing out of flats boats.
Getting to Andros South means taking a commercial flight to Nassua, Bahamas or Fort Lauderdale and then flying on a charter plane to Congo Town or South Andros Airport (TZN).
Our season runs from late October through through the end of June each year. Our fishery is incredibly productive and is referred to as, ‘The Bonefish Capital of the World’.
The best time to join us at Andros South is when it best fits your schedule. The bonefish are always there and so it’s random storms that make for a tough day out on the water. We like to recommend trips for at least three or more days – that way if you do experience poor weather, it can pass over the Island and leave you with more time for good fishing conditions to come back into shape.
